Returns Policy

RETURNS
To ensure you are completely satisfied we gladly offer a 7 Day Return policy on all full-price items purchased (items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount code cannot be returned or exchanged). All items should be returned unworn, in their original condition and with accompanying tags.

 

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your purchase for another design, we will happily do this for you. Any difference in price between exchanged items will be payable via a PayPal Invoice, Visa or MasterCard. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free postage on your replacement item. For Australian orders there will be a $15 postage charge for your replacement item, for international orders postage will be charged at quoted rates to your area).

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Email sabena@sabena.com.au to notify us of the incoming return. Please include your contact number, purchase order number and reason for the return.
Send your returns to the address listed below. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

Once your return is received and processed your refund will be credited to the method of payment used at the time of purchase, less the shipping and duty charges. Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email notification once this is completed.

 

I’VE CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I MAKE A RETURN
Yes! Under our 7 Day Refund Policy we do accept returns so long as your items are unworn, in their original condition and packaging including tags (items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount code cannot be returned or exchanged). Please follow the return procedure above to complete your return or exchange.

 

MY PURCHASE IS FAULTY, CAN I MAKE A RETURN
Of course! We work hard to ensure the highest quality design and production but from time to time a fault may arise. Please contact us at sabena@sabena.com.au with your purchase order number and a photo of the item. If the design purchased is still in stock we will replace it for you, otherwise we will issue a refund upon the return of the purchased item. Should you receive a faulty item please be sure to get in touch within 14 days.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING FOR MY RETURN
Customers will be required to pay for any shipping and handling charges to return unwanted items. We cannot be held responsible should the return not arrive at the delivery address provided above, which is why we strongly recommend shipping your returns via a trackable method. If returning a faulty product you will be issued a refund or exchange to the full value of the purchase.
